Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,00,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on December 23, 2008, and on May 25, 2009, the same court issued the summary order of KRW 1.5 million as the same crime.

On June 10, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a D-A4 car from the Do in front of the opposite station in the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the roads front of B apartment C, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.157% of blood alcohol level.
