The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 65,270,332 won and the rate of 12% per annum from November 10, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay delayed damages at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the above-paid construction cost of KRW 55,788,920 and the materials cost of KRW 9,481,412 paid by the plaintiff on behalf of the plaintiff and KRW 65,270,332.
