1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 20,598,940, and Defendant B with respect thereto from August 18, 2015, and Defendant C with respect thereto.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Since the statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum was changed from 20% to 15% per annum in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Partial Dismissal, etc. of Legal Proceedings Sharing Costs (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015). As such, the portion in excess of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.

However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendants by applying Article 98 and the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
