1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 18, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Since the statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum was changed from 20% to 15% per annum in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Partial Dismissal, etc. of Legal Proceedings Sharing Costs (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015). As such, the portion in excess of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.

However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant by applying Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
