A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at around 23:05, on the charge of assaulting D in the street in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and arrested the slopeF belonging to the E District Unit of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, and notified the above F of the Defendant’s friendly G resident registration number to conceal the Defendant’s designation and distribution, or to verify his/her personal information.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. On April 26, 2019, around 23:05, the Defendant, at the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E zone located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and at around 23:05, used the personal information of pro-born G as described in paragraph (1), and subsequently confirmed that G was a fine recipient and was transferred to the said E zone and was notified of the right to appoint a defense counsel, etc., and submitted G’s signature to the police officer in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant forged and used another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. On April 27, 2019, at around 01:35, the Defendant, at the criminal department and office of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, stating the personal information of pro-born G in the form of the written request for late night investigation, signed the G and submitted it to the police officer in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant forged and used another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

1. The crime of this case on the grounds of sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act is committed by the Dong in order to conceal the fact that the defendant who was investigated by the police station on the grounds of assault.
