A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at a 0.093% of blood alcohol concentration, was driving a DNA-based car owned by C in the influence of alcohol around April 16:15, 2016 and proceeded with approximately 1 km from the road front of the Kimpo-ri 14-1 in the middle of the Jeju Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, to the road front of the F cafeteria located in the Incheon-si E-Eup.
