A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On November 2, 2019, the Defendant, at around 03:40 on November 2, 2019, was under the influence of alcohol on the front side of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. Around 03:40, the Defendant, a police officer affiliated with D Zone D District of Seoul C District Police Station, caused the Defendant to move to India, thereby causing the Defendant to move to India, and the Defendant’s body was wheeled five times by hand, with the two hand, and the left hand knick with the upper hand.

나. E에 대한 범행 피고인은 같은 일시ㆍ장소에서 같은 지구대 소속 경찰관인 E과 위 B에 의하여 공무집행방해 현행범인으로 체포되어 순찰차에 태워진 후 문이 열린 순찰차의 우측 뒷좌석에서 옆으로 앉은 상태로 왼쪽 발로 위 E의 턱 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

C. On November 2, 2019, around 05:10 on November 2, 2019, the Defendant, who committed a crime against F, was transferred to the Criminal Team office by F, a police officer belonging to the same district police station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to the above F, while taking a bath to the above F, was walking the left direction toward the right hand of F, and went to the left hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties in relation to the 112 reporting duty of police officers, the arrest of flagrant offenders, and the transfer of a suspect arrested.

2. On November 2, 2019, the Defendant damaged public documents, at the criminal team office of the Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Police Station, for the obstruction of performance of official duties, completed the inspection of the suspect interrogation protocol prepared by police officers G on the above obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the additional statement in writing, “to be inspected again in the presence of a lawyer during the Ghana,” and the Defendant teared one copy of the suspect interrogation protocol in both hands.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the documents used by public offices to have their usefulness.
