1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 30, 2014, the Plaintiff’s trade name in the registration of the Defendants’ business is D.

Between departments, the following contract for management consulting (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) was concluded:

PM service contract;

1. Name of service: Pm service for a new construction of officetel in South-gu C Officetel at a port;

2. Location: Southern-gu C at port of call;

3. Scale of construction: An area of a site: 517.70 square meters; 6,95 square meters;

4. Contract amount: Article 3 (Service Period) of the Plaintiff A recipient of the Defendant B guarantor, Defendant A, who placed an order of KRW 360,000,000, which is one point five percent of the expected amount of the intermediate payment loan ( approximately twenty-four billion won);

1. The period of PM services shall be two months from the date of the service contract;

2. The Plaintiff shall make every effort to complete the business within the service period, and the service period shall be automatically extended when the extension of the service period due to the delay in the implementation of the authorization and permission, delay in the commencement of the construction, delay in the bank deliberation

Article 4 (Service Fees)

1. The cost of services shall be 360,000,000,000, on the basis of the scope of services for PM (based on the scope of services for part payments).

Article 5 (Time to Pay Service Fees and Security)

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to determine the amount and time of payment of the PM service cost as follows.

1) 324,00,000 won - 36,000,000 won after the conclusion of a loan agreement for part payments (in the event of enforcement officer, contractor, trust company, and bank-4), after the conclusion of the loan agreement for part payments (in the event of execution officer, contractor, trust company, and bank-4), the indication of the first part payments loan period: 324,000,000 won - the time of payment adjustment

2. The service costs shall be paid in cash within seven days from the date of the claim for the service costs.

3. In a case where all or part of the service duties have been interrupted due to the reasons attributable to the Defendants, the Defendants shall pay the PMF service cost on the basis of the above payment proposal, and shall substitute part of it with the down payment priority.

Provided, That the down payment upon termination of the contract with the plaintiff shall be the remainder except for the amount of expenditure (amount of security deposit).
