A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, at around 08:30, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 100 meters from the front of the two-use apartment in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the front of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
