Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was issued by the Changwon District Court on July 14, 2008 a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the same year.

9.8. A person who has been issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the same court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On April 3, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 200 meters wide from the front side of the sty tree restaurant located in the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si Kimpo-si, to the front side of the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.122%.
