Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), was aware of the victim B (a person, a person, 33 years of age) and the Handphones Korea, and was administered together with the “D” in the male-gu Seoul metropolitan area “D”.
