A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 29, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (entry in open space for sexual purpose) violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) on women’s toilets in the 2 and 3th floor of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Masan-si, with a view to stealing the face of melting women who are not in their names

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places such as toilets with a view to meeting his sexual desire.

2. No person shall photograph the body of a person against the will of the person subject to photographing, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

Nevertheless, at around 03:34 on March 29, 2020, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1), made the Defendant’s mobile phone (galoopty 10) of the Defendant’s mobile phone with a camera functions under the gallon column, taken a dynamic image of the victim C (28 years old) using a cell phone for nine times in total as shown in the annexed crime list. In addition, the Defendant taken a dynamic image of the female victims using a cell phone for nine times in total as shown in the annexed crime list.
