A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was hospitalized in a sick room like the victim E (61) in a sick room of 207 sick care hospital in Busan Jung-gu C.

At around 12:30 on June 11, 2017, the Defendant resisted that the Defendant did not pay the amount of wages to the victim in the sick room No. 207 of the above hospital, but neglected it. However, the Defendant saw the victim's neck by hand and her head with a dangerous glass disease, and her head with approximately 21 days of treatment.

However, considering the facts that the defendant is against himself, the primary offender, the contingent crime, and other circumstances, such as the defendant's age, health, sex, environment, family relationship, motive and consequence of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., and the conditions for sentencing as shown in the argument of this case, the sentence like the disposition shall be imposed.
