A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2015, at around 22:35, the Defendant, while drinking and singing at the “D” drinking house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) caused the Victim E (42) to sing and singing to this Defendant; and (b) led the Victim’s hand and singing to the entrance of the said drinking house.

Defendant 2: (a) knife the victim’s head by a glass disease, which is a dangerous object in front of the above entrance; and (b) knife the victim’s head by a knife, which is a continuously dangerous object, inflicted injury on the victim, such as fnife and flife, and frife the knife, which requires treatment of at least 6 weeks to the victim.
