A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 2, 2016, the Defendant was transferred DNA passenger cars with Vietnam’s nationality from a person who was unable to obtain the name (title B and B) of Vietnam’s nationality. 1. From February 2, 2016 to February 14:38, 2016, the Defendant 1481 (on the front side of the Seocho-si Industry, the Defendant driven a vehicle with another number plate attached until it is discovered by a police officer) in the front side of the Seosung-si-si, Masung-si, 1481 (on the front side of the Seocho-si Industry, the Defendant driven a vehicle with another number plate attached until it is discovered by a police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

2. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority where he acquires a registered automobile;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not make a transfer registration without any justifiable reason, even though he/she acquired DNA vehicles from an unqualified person on February 2, 2016.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of automobile;

Nevertheless, around 14:38 on February 15, 2016, the Defendant operated the above D E-car that was not covered by mandatory insurance.
