A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 19, 2015, when the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence, the Defendant kept the number plate from the Daejeon Middle Police Station and was unable to operate a vehicle due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence on July 19, 2015, he was willing to operate a vehicle after forging and attaching a number plate.

On July 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the manufacturing of a license plate by communicating the number plate with C (personal matters) known to the police officer; (b) opened a license plate manufactured according to the above C’s request and used the number plate unlawfully by attaching it to the air strawer in front of the said rocketing and other vehicles; (c) around that time, from around Daejeon and from November 2015, the Defendant operated a rocketing car with a forged license plate attached to it.

2. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase or other causes;

In early 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for ownership transfer registration within 15 days, even if he/she received B rocketing car from He/she had acquired the B rocketing car from He/sheed in the construction site located in He/sheung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

On March 31, 2014, at around 12:46, the Defendant operated the instant rocketing car, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on 18 occasions from that time to August 31, 2015, on the road at the entrance of the Ansan-dong Village according to the North Sung-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daejeon.
