1. The defendant shall pay 45,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, the plaintiff is obligated to pay from the defendant on October 16, 2015 the remainder of the lease deposit amount of KRW 45 million (the remainder after deducting the amount of KRW 5 million paid by the plaintiff from the person who was paid the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million) on the fifth floor of the building D, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the lease deposit amount of KRW 50 million (no monthly rent), from December 22, 2015 to 24 months, and the above lease relationship is terminated upon the expiration of the above lease term.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
