1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,643,759 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 20, 2009 to January 12, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant appears to have changed its trade name in the “D Council” after the instant case at C Hospital. The Defendant is a person who operates the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
The plaintiff is a person who has undergone the check-type and active-type therapy at the defendant hospital due to damage to the thick scams, revolving scams (scams).
