A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Each application for compensation filed by an applicant is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

[2016 Highest 1707] On June 29, 2016, the Defendant puts up a letter stating that “6 copies of the presses of the presses 180,000 won will be sold” on the Internet portal site of NAV, NV, the Internet portal site, and said that it would be sold to the victim BS who reported and contacted with the above article, and that the payment would be remitted.

However, even if the defendant did not have the above share, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the share to the victim even if he received money as the sale proceeds from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 180,000 won from the victim under the pretext of the proceeds from the divided oil sales in a new bank account (Account Number: BU) in the name of the Defendant-friendly BT.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
