Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall not allow any person who has not obtained an international driver's license, which states that he/she is able to drive a motorcycle, from among international drivers' licenses, without obtaining a driver's license that allows him/her to drive the motorcycle, and any person who has not obtained an international driver's license that specifies that he/she is able to drive the motorcycle.

Nevertheless, at the above “C” delivery office on August 24, 2019, the Defendant stated the D indictment in F or G as “D” on which no license for a motorcycle was obtained. However, the student card bound on 118 pages of evidence records is indicated as “D” and thus, the Defendant made a correction of name (D. Uzbekistan) to have the Defendant drive and deliver the Ethtobbs owned by the Defendant and drive the Ethtobs, thereby allowing D to provide delivery services.

2. On September 27, 2019, the Defendant drafted a false complaint with respect to D with the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment when a traffic accident occurred in the course of the process of insurance management, which occurred while driving the Matoban and delivering it by driving the Matoban on August 31, 2019.

The complaint stating that "the defendant defendant D was involved in an accident while driving Oral Ba (E) owned by the complainant without permission on August 31, 2019," and that at the time D used the above Oral Ba as an employee of the above delivery company operated by the defendant for delivery service and did not commit theft of the above Oral Ba as it was used for delivery service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant submitted a letter of complaint prepared as above to a police officer who could not know the name of the police station, and reported false facts to the public office D.
