Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A: (a) around September 2016, the Defendant had a mind to forge an international driver’s license under the name of a person in charge of the transportation of the Philippines through F, who had difficulties in obtaining a domestic driver’s license in Jin-si D, by running E.

On September 2016, the Defendant made a proposal that “I continue to pass a domestic driver’s license test” to F via G, and sent F a face and passport photograph, key, body weight, date of birth, personal wurg, etc. necessary to forge an international driver’s license of the Philippines to F.

2. On August 2017, Defendant C had a mind to forge an international driver’s license under the name of a person in charge of the transportation of the Philippines through F, who had difficulties in obtaining a domestic driver’s license in J in Jin-si, 2017.

On August 2017, the Defendant continued to fail to pass the Korean driver's license examination to F in an infinite or lower area.
