1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 19, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. In Incheon District Court 2006Kadan528 (2006No2056), the Defendant issued a compensation order to the Plaintiff to pay KRW 120,000,000 to the Plaintiff (an application for compensation order) but only KRW 68,80,000 out of the above agreed amount shall be paid, and the remainder of KRW 52,00,000 shall not be paid.

B. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the above KRW 52,00,000 to the plaintiff and delay damages therefor. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the prescription period of the above compensation order claim.
