1. The defendant's KRW 75,00,000 and its amount shall be 30% per annum from July 16, 1996 to May 6, 2008 to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Defendant, in the case of the Defendant in Suwon District Court 2008Kadan40164, ordered the Plaintiff to pay the principal of KRW 75,00,000 and its interest of KRW 30% per annum from July 16, 1996 to May 6, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, but did not pay ten years after the lapse of 10 years.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 75,000,000 and damages for delay. The Plaintiff brought the instant lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for the above loan claims.
