A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,557,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint purchase and medication of psychotropic drugs with C;

A. On June 7, 2012, the Defendant conspired with C, and on June 7, 2012, 12,200,000 won as the price for psychotropic drugs Mespacters (one Mespopon; hereinafter referred to as “Mespopon”) to C, and C immediately remitted the money to the accounts designated by D from the agricultural branch located in Chuncheon City to the accounts designated by D, and the Defendant and C are the same month.

8. At around 05:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.1g of chophonephones sent by D in express bus letters at the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E Terminal, by dividing them by 1.4g and 0.7g.

B. (1) The Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on June 8, 2012, parked in his national highways located in the Namyang-si National Highway on F, Namyang-si; and (b) above, within his national highways.

(2) On June 9, 2012, around 02:00 on June 9, 2012, the 0.1g of the philopon purchased, in one-time injection unit, containing approximately 0.05g of each 0.05g in volume, and administering them in a way of injection with C’s blood cells together with each other, and (2) on June 9, 2012, in one’s house located in Chuncheon-si G.

2. Joint purchase and medication of psychotropic drugs with C, H and I;

A. The Defendant wanted to purchase approximately KRW 0.4g 300,000,00 for 300,000,000 for c, and C added the Defendant’s money and KRW 1.9 million received from H and I, thereby committing fraud of 2.2 million in total.

C around 14:00 on July 3, 2012, at around 14:00, remitted KRW 1.6 million to the account managed by D from the agricultural branch located in Pyeongtaek-gun J of Gyeonggi-gun, and around 21:00 on the same day, he linen 600,000 won for the remainder of the penphone to the name-free persons sent by D from the street in front of the Khuri-gun, Seoul E Terminal, and received approximately 4.2 gram of the log-phone, which sent D to the high speed bus from the E Terminal in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at around 21:40 on the same day, and the Defendant takes 0.4g among them.
