Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2017, around 20:36, the Defendant was urged to return home from C(43 tax) in the position of the Incheon Southern East Police Station B (43 tax), who was dispatched to the site by the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, to the above C, without a reason, on the front day of the Nam-gu Incheon Namdong-gu, Incheon, and the 920 of the prisoner of war in front of the Jinsan apartment apartment commercial building (Tan-gu 3-dong commercial building), wherein the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and did not get from the taxi, and on the front day of the 112-dong, Incheon.
