A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:44 on August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that “the customer should know about two-hour play and calculation;” and (b) recommended the victim F, who belongs to the police officer of the Suwon Police Station E District of the Suwon Police Station, to pay the Defendant and return home to the Defendant; (c) the Defendant sent the victim to the Defendant during the singing room business, etc., who “I need to come to know about how you will live on the spot, and how you have to do so.”

The Defendant committed a crime against a police officer on or around June 2006, such as spitation, etc. of drinking water and face, and committed a crime obstructing the performance of official duties by taking a bath against a police officer on or around May 2007 (two years after suspension of execution of imprisonment), and committed a crime obstructing the performance of official duties by spitation, etc. (two years after suspension of execution of sentence in October), and committed a crime of insult by taking a police officer on or around October 201, and committing a crime of violence against a police officer on or around December 26th, 201.
