Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On April 4, 2017, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving C dump trucks, driven the above truck on around 09:50 on April 4, 2017, and proceeded three-lanes between the four-lanes of the new world department store and the four-lanes of the dump truck.

Since a signal, etc. has been installed at the time, there was a duty of care to drive safely in accordance with the good faith by checking the right and the right of the driver.
