Punishment of the crime

1. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained the KB national card, the owner of which was lost by the victim C in the street near Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) and (c) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (d) embezzled the property that he/she had thought to have, as he/she had, lost, that he/she has lost.

2. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act purchased three books from E operated by the victim on the first floor of the building underground in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Songpa-gu, by presenting the KB national card as if he had a legitimate right to use the said card, and using the said card lost by C by settling the total of 78,100 won, and receiving property from the victim.
