A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On January 7, 2019, around 12:29, the Defendant found one copy of the one-U card, which is owned by the victim B’s wife C, lost.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

B. On May 19, 2019, from around 15:30 to 16:31, the Defendant acquired one copy of the KB national credit card, which is the victim owned by the victim D, on the first floor of the office building in the Kimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Airport-dong), Gangseo-gu, 112 (Airport-dong).

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 9, 2019, around 10:18, the Defendant: (a) 10:18, 2019, she was on board an airport-free bus located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) paid a bus fee of KRW 1,200 by driving the said bus operator on the victim’s name and contacted the said card with the bus terminal as if he/she had legitimate right to use; and (c) paid the bus fee of KRW 1,200 by paying the bus fee; and (d) from that time to January 10:18, 2019, the Defendant illegally used the card lost by another person 34 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table 1 of the Crime Scoverline, and received property or took property benefits equivalent to KRW 2,259,370.

B. On May 19, 2019, the Defendant settled 18,700 won, such as hamba, using the F store located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, by using D’s KB’s national credit card obtained as above 1’s B, and paying 18,70 won.
