A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:30 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a cell phone, which is a dangerous object in possession of the victim’s left side of the victim on the ground that the victim F (mae, 29 years old) who was frighted by phone E and was living together with E, was frightening, and was frighted; (b) opened one time the victim’s eye with knee, knee, and cut one time the victim’s left side eye with the above cell phone, and then, (c) taken the victim’s hair back more than 3 weeks of the victim’s hair, the victim frighted the victim’s hair so that the victim can take a part of the victim’s hair, and frightened the victim’s hair, so that the victim needs to receive approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment.
