Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, as to the Defendants for three years from the date of the final conclusion of this judgment, the said judgment is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants reported to the effect that they want to be the other party to the so-called “other party” posted in the Victim D (Min, 16 years old) Editing Round “Uh Stockholm,” and met with the victim.

1. On February 1, 2019, Defendant A paid 200,000 won in return for sexual intercourse and added a sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound, and Defendant A paid 15 to 200,000 won in return for the victim’s sexual intercourse at his/her own residence located in Songpa-gu Seoul Etel, Songpa-gu Seoul around February 1, 2019, and paid 15 to 200,000 won in return for the victim’s sexual intercourses from that to April 27, 2019.

As a result, the defendant had engaged in buying sex of children and juveniles five times.

2. On May 8, 2019, Defendant B paid 200,000 won in consideration of sexual intercourses and inserted a sexual organ into the sound part of the victim’s sexual intercourses once, and Defendant B paid 15 to 200,000 won to the victim in consideration of the victim’s sexual intercourses from July 2019 to July 2019, and paid 15 to 200,00 won in consideration of the victim’s sexual intercourses or similaritys with the victim.

As a result, the defendant had engaged in buying sex of children and juveniles three times.

3. On February 2019, Defendant C stopped on the street near “I convenience store” located at the Hamnam-si, Hamnam-si, Hamb, Defendant C committed an act of similarity by inserting 30,000 won in cash, 7 sicks, and tobacco 5, with the victim’s clothes, inserting her hand into the victim’s clothes, cutting the victim’s first chest, cutting the victim’s sexual organ into her hand, and making the victim boom the victim’s sexual organ as soon as possible, etc.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
