1. Purport of claim

The judgment that the Defendant’s disposition of site payment for the aged employment promotion subsidy against the Plaintiff on October 21, 2009 is revoked.

2. Purport of appeal

The judgment of the first instance is revoked, and the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The reason why this Court is used for this case is as follows: (a) except for the rejection of each of the statements in evidence Nos. 10 through 12 in the court of first instance, the reasons why the court additionally submitted by the defendant in the trial that "the retirement age of this case was set at the end of the year in which the former retirement age provision was reached at the end of the year in which the age of 58 years reaches the age of 59 years was set at the end of the year in which the former retirement age provision was 59 years old; and (b) the reasoning of the court of first instance is the same as the statement in the reasoning of the judgment

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
