1. As to KRW 16,087,00 and KRW 14.624,546 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from March 17, 2017 to January 31, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is running a real estate brokerage business with the trade name called “D Real Estate Brokerage Office” in Busan-gu, Busan-do.

B. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff on the terms of selling KRW 2,130,000,00 for the purchase price of KRW 2,130,00,00 for the building of KRW 96 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan and KRW 76 square meters in G, and KRW 46 square meters in H, and five stories in each of the above sites (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

Meanwhile, Article 7 (Mediation Fee) of the sales contract of this case states that "the practicing licensed real estate agent shall not be liable for the default of this contract by the seller or the buyer. The Plaintiff, while mediating the instant sales contract, issued a description of confirmation of the object of brokerage (hereinafter “instant confirmation description”) to the Defendant, and the “matters concerning brokerage remuneration, etc.” of the said description stated in the “matters concerning brokerage remuneration, etc.” as follows: “The details of calculation: 19,170,000 won (including 0.9% of the details of calculation: 2,130,000,000), actual cost of KRW 0,000,000 (including 1,917,000), and the brokerage remuneration is determined by mutual consultation between the client and the practicing licensed real estate agent and may be imposed value-added tax separately.”
