Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who runs real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “A Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”.
B. (1) On January 16, 2016, the Defendant and the Defendant’s wife C are to purchase KRW 1,075,00,00 from D and E for the purchase of KRW 3,881 square meters in Daegu-dong, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “1”) from D and E (hereinafter “1 sales contract”).
(2) The Plaintiff concluded the above sales contract. (2) The Plaintiff, Defendant, C, D, and E drafted a real estate sales contract, a confirmation and explanatory note of the object of brokerage, a special agreement (No. 1, No. 2-1, and No. 3-1, and the Defendant asserted that the Plaintiff arbitrarily affixed the seal of the Defendant to each of the above documents in the Defendant’s name without explanation of the brokerage commission, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it).
