The defendant is a driver of the k5 car.

At around 11:20 on October 15, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 70 meters from the day before the Ginam-si, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul-si, to the front road of 718 Geumdong-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.27%.
