Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months and 2 years of suspension of execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on July 1, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won by the same court on May 8, 2014, and was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won or more for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. On September 6, 2014, at around 03:39, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a tea at a section of approximately 100 meters from the gold-1 Dong office located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to the front end of 621-1, in the same manner, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.15% of alcohol level without a car driver’s license.

2. At around 20:50 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.093% without a car driver’s license, driven the above vehicle parked on the road front of the Fmapt in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 3151, to turn to the left at the right edge of the Fmapt in E.
Since there is a zone where entry is prohibited, a person engaged in driving service should not enter such a zone, and there was a duty of care to make a left-hand turn after checking the safety of the course by properly examining the left-hand left-hand.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a left-hand turn as it was and by negligence entered to the left, received the victim G (34 years old) in front of the above vehicle as the front part of the Defendant’s driving.
