On July 5, 2017, around 00:10, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.161% in the 5km section from the Do near the diving room in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Acheon-ro, 226 Egrisi-ro, Acheon-ro 226.
