A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, each of whom shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a business owner who is engaged in the marina business in the trade name of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, the size of 9.17 square meters of the F-based 1 story 99.17 square meters and one e-explosion room, and is engaged in the marina business in the trade name of "G". Defendant B is a head of the above business, Defendant C and Defendant D are female workers employed in the above business.

1. No person, other than Defendant A and Defendant B, may establish a massage practice establishment;

Nevertheless, Defendant A and B conspired with the competent authority without obtaining a massage certificate, and employed female employees C and D as a marina, from November 9, 2015 to May 19, 2016, and received KRW 70,000 (90,000 when calculating the card), and had the said female employees perform the massage service, such as face, etc. of customers and a shoulder, and had them perform the massage service, by allowing them to do so.

Defendant C: (a) around 21:01 on May 16, 201, at the foregoing establishment; (b) without qualification to allow male customers under his/her name to pay a card of 90,000 won; (c) he/she was placed on a simple bed with the face, face, etc.; and (d) took custody of, and takes custody of, telegraph, such as a shoulder, in good hands, for profit-making purposes; (c) around May 17, 2016: around 01:47; (d) 2016;

5. From 18:00:41 on the same day, around 03:59 on the same day, a massage act was performed in the same manner as above.

Defendant D’s business establishment around May 16, 201; Defendant D, without qualification, had a male guest under his/her name pay 90,000 won card; Defendant D, without qualification, was put on a simple bed and charged with telegraphs, such as face, face, shoulder, etc.; Defendant D, at around 13:25, May 17, 2016; and 2016, 2016

5. Around 18. 01:02, around 18.01, an act of massage was performed in such a way as above.
