1. The Defendant: KRW 53,713,915 for the Plaintiff and KRW 55% per annum from March 21, 2018 to November 29, 2018; and

1. Basic facts

A. On May 26, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant and five other than the Defendant, under which the sum of the land subject to sale and purchase indicated in the table below approximately KRW 18,321 square meters in Nam-si and about 16,363 square meters in five parcels (4,950 square meters) or the following special agreement to exclude the area corresponding to 1/2 of the access road that the seller again takes the transfer of ownership from the sale and purchase area. As such, the Plaintiff agreed to exclude the area corresponding to 1/2 of the access road that the seller would take the transfer of ownership from the sale and purchase area, approximately KRW 16,363 square meters in total of the above area, excluding the area corresponding to 1/2 of the access road, as the area subject to the contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The detailed details of land subject to sale are as follows:

Of the 6,577/6,850 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”), Defendant 2-Gu 985 square meters of 6,57 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant 3F Forest No. 41,455 square meters of 8,961/455 square meters of 163 square meters of 163 square meters of 132 square meters of 132 square meters of 1,66 K K 140,95 square meters of 1,60,602/140,95 equity, Defendant H, I, L, M, and N, of 1,602/140,95 square meters of 1,60,602/140, among 132 square meters of 132 square meters of 5 J. 132 square meters of land in Nam-si.

9.The 1/2 of the road site to be newly constructed in the land subject to this sale will, upon completion of the designation of the road, transfer the seller's ownership in the future and will not be given or received in cash.

The exclusive cost corresponding to the road site shall be borne by each person as much as the relevant area.

(Provided, however, if there is a better method in the administrative process prior to any balance, it shall be handled through consultation). Even after the transfer of the sale and purchase of the real estate, all the procedures (such as acceptance of use, designation of road, purchase, etc.) and requirements for the permission or completion of the construction of the seller's land and the buyer's land owned by the seller shall not be interrupted in administration, regardless of

10. The sales amount under the sales contract shall be the sales amount for 16,363 square meters (4,950 square meters) other than the 1/2 area of the road site, which shall again be brought by the seller as stated in paragraph 9 of the said special agreement.
