1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2018, at around 21:50, the Defendants were taking meals in the “D” restaurant located in the Ganbuk-gun, the elderly group, and around 21:50 on May 16, 2018, when they moved to the victim E, which entered the restaurant along with their daily activities, the sound would be sleeped, but the victim was able to take a claim from the proprietor of the restaurant with regard to the matter out of the restaurant.
