1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 113,148,612 for Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. and KRW 5% per annum from March 1, 2015 to May 27, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 3, 2012, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease the deposit amount of KRW 100 million, monthly rent of KRW 7180,000,000, monthly management fee of KRW 3120,000,000 from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2014.

B. On April 3, 2012, F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease the fourth floor of the instant building with a deposit of KRW 100 million, monthly rent of KRW 7.180,000,000, monthly management fee of KRW 3120,000,000, monthly management fee of KRW 3.1220,000, and the period from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2014.

C. On December 26, 2012, G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease KRW 50 million, monthly rent of KRW 4.8 million, monthly management fee of KRW 2 million, and monthly management fee of KRW 2 million from February 12, 2013 to February 11, 2014.

Since then, D and F are integrated into D, and D entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on September 10, 2013 as to the instant 3, 4, and 6th floor as the previous contents of the contract, and around March 2014, upon the expiration of the lease term of the instant 6th floor, D and C transferred the instant 6th floor to the Defendant after completing settlement with the Defendant.

E. On April 23, 2014, D changed the name of the Plaintiff Company A, which is the Plaintiff. On May 16, 2014, the Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”) concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease the instant 3 and 4 floors with the deposit of KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 1,1360,000,000, monthly management fee of KRW 6240,000,000, and the period from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 (hereinafter “instant one lease agreement”).

F. On August 2014, the Plaintiff Company requested the Defendant to terminate the lease at an early stage.
