A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall obtain money from N who is an applicant for compensation 1.1 million won and P who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 2691" is a person who has worked for the S Call Center from July 1, 2016 to February 7, 2018.

On January 23, 2018, the Defendant issued an advertisement letter, such as “LG drying machine RH9WG delivery pop-up,” at the Defendant’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, on the Internet portal site U. S., and reported this fact to the victim G who opened up a dry machine purchase by telephone and W, and purchased new products at KRW 1,50,000 at the discount of the employee, and if the price of goods is sent to the account, the Defendant sent goods to the account by the second month.”

However, the fact was that there was no intention or ability to send the victim by purchasing the LG drying machine as an employee.

As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim on January 23, 2018; (b) received KRW 1050,000 from the victim to the Defendant’s account on January 23, 2018; and (c) continuously sought on April 2018, 2018, the Defendant acquired KRW 350,000 from the victim a total of KRW 1.4 million from the victim to the Defendant’s account; and (b) by deceiving the victim of the fact that the delivery of goods was known to the Defendant’s account; and (c) subsequently, the Defendant acquired KRW 22,00,000 from the victim in the same manner to April 20, 2018, KRW 350,000 from the victim.

On January 31, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim X that “I will send the goods after three weeks if you transfer them to the account number because I have sold EL 9kg goods as an executive officer or employee.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent and ability to send a EL building machine even if he receives the building cost from the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and is also the defendant against the victim.
