Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2017, at around 01:30, the Defendant was able to return home from C and D, which is a police officer belonging to the police station of the Jungwon-gu Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving 112 reports from 112 on the street in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant got home, and around 02:25 on the same day, the patrol car driven by the above police officer came to the front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant left the front of the police officer D's face at one time by leaving the Defendant and leaving the front of the patrol car.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted D with the above police officers, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate official duties on the protection of police officers’ lives, bodies, and property.

The punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into consideration the fact that the defendant confessions and reflects the crime, the degree of the assault in this case, the age, sexual conduct, the means and result of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, and other conditions of sentencing.
