1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A, B, and C: KRW 50,000,000 for each of them;
B. Defendant D, E, F, G, and H are each network.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against J et al. for indemnity amount as Busan District Court Decision 97Da31867, and on September 23, 1997, the above court rendered a favorable judgment that "J et al. jointly and severally paid to the plaintiff KRW 1,795,703,426 and delay damages therefor" and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 20, 197.
B. Meanwhile, the J died on July 20, 2004. The deceased on July 20, 2004, and there was Defendant A, B, and C, who is the deceased’s heir, as the deceased’s heir, but among the above inheritors, I, Defendant A, and C filed a report of renunciation of inheritance under the Busan District Court’s Family Branch Order 2004Ra2163, Defendant B filed a report of renunciation of inheritance under the same court Order 2004Ra2211, and received the repair judgment on October 14, 2004 and October 18, 2004, and K received the inheritance approval judgment under the Busan District Court Branch Order 2007Ra2832 on October 18, 207.
C. The plaintiff is the above A.
In order to extend the prescription period of the final and conclusive judgment stated in paragraph (1), K et al. filed a lawsuit against the deceased J as Busan District Court Decision 2007Da94935, Dec. 21, 2007, and “K et al. shall be jointly and severally held against the Plaintiff, but K et al. shall be jointly and severally held within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased J, and 11.5% per annum from April 25, 1992 to May 24, 1992; 21% per annum from May 25, 1992 to February 28, 1993; from March 1, 1993 to March 31, 1993; and from March 1, 1993 to April 12, 1993; and from April 15, 1993 to the date of full repayment.”
I completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 18, 2007 with the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch's 78474 on the ground of inheritance by agreement division on July 20, 2004 and the registration of ownership transfer on October 18, 2007.
E. I disposed of the instant real estate to M on November 16, 2007.
