Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 23, 2003, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against K, J, and Defendant B, the principal debtor, and the joint guarantor, the Busan District Court Decision 2002Gahap15672, the Busan District Court rendered a judgment on May 23, 2003 that “The Defendant jointly and severally paid to the Plaintiff 140,060,301 won and 105,991,653 won per annum from March 7, 2000 to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on June 14, 2003.

B. Of the obligations arising from the above final judgment, the remaining obligations up to the present date are KRW 130,921,467 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 82,140,848 for delay damages of KRW 48,780,619) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum from March 7, 2000 for principal amount of KRW 82,140,848 (hereinafter “instant obligations”).

C. On July 13, 2004, the deceased J reported the renunciation of inheritance on the deceased's inherited property of the Defendant B, C, D, L, E, F, and G, his spouse and children, as Busan District Court Branch Decision 2004Ra2011, and the above court accepted it on October 14, 2004.
