A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 21, 2019, at around 02:08, the Defendant: (a) fell into the “Omatet” of the victim C’s operation in Bupyeong-si B; (b) teared the tent installed in the above marina outdoor with a knife with a knife; and (c) cut off the knife by inserting the hand into a tent, thereby causing a theft of one 1,00 won at the market price.

2. On June 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 01:42; (b) at the location indicated in paragraph (1); (c) at a chlost, the tent installed in the above mate outdoor with a knife with a knife, cut off the knife with the hand in the tent, thereby resulting in a theft of 1,00

3. On July 3, 2019, at around 00:56, the Defendant: (a) cut the ceiling of the tent installed in the above mate outdoor in a knife, cut the chlost, and cut off the chlost of 2,00 won at the market price by inserting the hand into the tent.
