Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the secretary general of the F church in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and according to the F church's articles of incorporation, although the lease of church assets is subject to deliberation or resolution by the party council, he arbitrarily prepared documents in the name of the F church and provided the following services without going through such deliberation or resolution:

The Defendant, around August 7, 2014, at the F church administrative office located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using the tamplock, entered in the column for the location of the real estate lease contract form “Ycheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I Apartment Complex 804,” “Ycheon-gu (50,000,000),” “Ycheon-gu, Seoul” on July 23, 2013,” “48 months, July 23, 2017,” “F church, J, Yangcheon-K,” and “L” in the column for the previous century, “Y” in the column for the first century, “F church, J, Yangcheon-K,” and “L” in the column for the lessor.

F church sealed the official seal of the F church.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of the F church, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
