A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim E are currently pending in divorce litigation by marriage on April 17, 1990.

1. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00, 102, 401, in the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Suwon-gu F lending 102 dong 401, 102, 401, expressed a desire for the victim to walk the victim’s right away once, thereby causing injury to the victim, who is in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Violence;

A. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting a police officer on July 2014, 2014, following the suspicion that the victim was playing with another male in the Defendant’s house located in the 102-dong F lending 102-401, Susung-gu, Daegu, 2014; and (b) assaulting the victim’s head, etc. by taking advantage of the victim’s shoulder and head on several occasions.

B. On September 26, 2014, around 22:00 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph, that “as soon as possible ask for money; and (b) assaulted the victim’s bridge by pressinging the victim’s bridge at a bar.”

On October 8, 2014, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on October 8, 2014, 2014, assaulted the victim at the places indicated in the above 3-A, for fear that the victim had met another male, the Defendant expressed a desire to “one-year, nine-year,” and used 1.8L raw water on the victim’s bridge.

(d)

On July 3, 2015, the Defendant demanded, around 22:00 on July 3, 2015, that “as soon as possible in selling money” at the places described in the foregoing paragraph 3-A, and assaulted the victim’s head, etc. by taking advantage of his/her desire to “the same 20 years and the same opening”, and making the victim’s shoulder and head several times in drinking, and making the victim’s head, etc. up for it.

E. On July 5, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on July 5, 2015, 2015, expressed a suspicion that the victim meets another male at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) and expressed a desire to “one-year and nine-years” and sent the victim’s shoulder and head as drinking.
