1. Facts of recognition;

A. Nonparty C concluded the following insurance contracts with the Defendants:

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiffs, who were divorced from wife, had a cargo vehicle driving business only, and leased plastic houses to cultivate crops, but only reported each year.
