Criminal facts

The Defendant is between the victim B (n, 19 years of age) and the D seal located in North Korea-Gu C at Port, and the Defendant is an investor of the head of the above D.

1. On June 24, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with D officers in the ward in E guest room located at the time of drinking at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim to sit on the Defendant’s right side bucks; (b) let the victim, who was unable to refuse to sit on the Defendant’s right side bucks; (c) let the victim’s arms that the Defendant want to avoid the fucks, sit on the Defendant’s right side bucks; and (d) let the victim bucks down from the back to the Defendant’s right side; and (e) prevented the victim from leaving the Defendant’s left side bucks of the victim.

2. 피고인은 2017. 6. 25. 11:00 경부터 12:00 경 사이 제 1 항 기재와 같은 장소에서 갑자기 소파에 앉아 있는 피해자의 팔을 끌어당기며 주 짓 수 기술인 ‘ 암 바 ’를 걸며 쇼 파에 눕히고, 피해자의 의사에 반하여 수회에 걸쳐 피해자의 팔과 다리를 잡고 피해 자의 등 뒤에서 다리로 피해자의 몸을 감아 뒹구는 주 짓수 기술을 거는 등 신체 접촉을 하였다.
